In addition to my project leadership, I have mentored numerous junior designers on process and stakeholder interaction, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team. As the lead for Design Ops at Wpay, I introduced cadences and rituals that enhanced the execution of design tasks, as well as the sharing and feedback processes, fostering a collaborative and effective design environment.
